Return & Refund Policy

At Puunz, we strive to ensure that you love every purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make the return process smooth and simple.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items bought on sale or as part of promotional offers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Non-Eligible Items:

  • Accessories and intimate wear (if applicable)
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Customized or special order products

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer support at info@puunz.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting images if the item is defective.
  3. We will share return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Note: Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via store credit or bank transfer.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@puunz.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
